Usage Areas:
Baked or fried potatoes, chicken dishes, pizzas, sauces. Cajun Spicy Crispy Chicken (4 persons): 200 g chicken breast cut into julienne. Whisk 2 egg whites in a bowl until frothy. 100 g Breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon (15 g) Ahmet Arifoğlu Cajun Spices are mixed.
The julienne chickens are dipped in foamy egg white and then in cajun breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil one by one. It is taken to the serving plate with the oven potatoes.
