Green Oats (AvenaSativa) (80%), Ginger (Zingiberofficinale), Camomile(Matricariarecutita (M. chamomilla).

usage:
Dip a filtering bag into the cup and add the just boiled water on it and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes. You can serve it hot or cold after sweetening according to your desire. You can drink up to 3 sachets per day.
