PREPARATION OF TURKISH COFFEE: For each cup of Turkish Coffee, one teaspoon of ground Turkish Coffee is put into the coffee pot. Cold water is added to the cup to be prepared. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar for low sugar, 2 teaspoons for medium sugar, and 3 teaspoons for sugary. The coffee in the cezve is mixed and boiled over low heat until it foams.
