This does not mean that the product is broken! The product can be consumed with pleasure.

To make dark chocolate, cocoa mass is mixed with cocoa butter and sugar, while to make milk chocolate, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar and milk powder are mixed. In white chocolates, cocoa mass is not used, its content consists only of cocoa butter, sugar and milk powder.
