Return Policy

Food & beauty refunds/exchange, will only be refunded if:

• It has been damaged during shipping and brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• If the wrong product and/or defective product was received
• It is different from description or picture displayed

Other Categories refunds:

- Items other than food will only be refunded if damaged during shipping and brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving the order.

- You're required to send a picture of the damaged item.

Refund for cash on delivery product

If it meets all conditions above, you need to send us your bank account. When you return a product you will get the amount straight in your bank account that you have provided to our support team.

Returns are free on nearly everything sold on Marasi, provided they meet all conditions mentioned above.
