      Special product for special servings!

      Very practical to prepare, 9-11 minutes of cooking, only ingredients to be added are just 2 eggs, while the cocoa cake icing that is put during preparation and 4 cooking patterns are included in the packages.

      Preparation


      To be added according to recipe:

      2 eggs

      Baking temperature: sub-top baking 200 °C (previously heated)


      Preparation of glaze

      Spread bottom and side of cooking bowls with margarine (Spread bottom with higher amount of margarine).

      Boil water and immerse glaze package into the water in order to make it melted.

      Turn on oven at indicated temperature.


      Preparation of dough

      Pour flour mixture into a beating bowl. Add eggs and mix manually with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes.

      Remove glaze package from water and cut one of its edge with scissors. Pour melted glaze into the dough mixture.

      Mix until it get homogenous approximately 1 minute.

      Directly portion this mixture to cooking bowls.


      Baking

      Put the cooking bowls down shelf of the previously heated oven.

      Cook for approximately 9-11 minutes till it gets enough volume and leaves from its edges.

      Let 5 minutes after taking from oven.

      You may consume it when it is hot, directly from cooking bowl or preferably turn it upside down on a plate.


      Tip


      You can serve Chocolate Waterfall with Ice-cream.

      Hint

      • Don’t use turbo programme of oven. It can cause crackings on cakes’ surfaces.
      • If the cooking is not enough; keep tray in oven until total time is 11 minutes
      • Don’t leave tray in oven for a long time, because chocolate waterfall doesn’t work during service.
