For the syrup: 750 g (4.5 cups) granulated sugar 1200 ml (6 cups) water 1 teaspoon lemon juice Preparation: Put the measured water and sugar in the pan and let it boil by mixing occasionally. Bring it to a boil. Take it from the heat and let it cool down. Turn on the oven beforehand to set it to the specified temperature and warm up. Pour the flour mixture into the whisk bowl. Add the egg and milk on it and whisk it with a mixer for 5 minutes. When you take it from the oven, let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Then divide it into four and pour cold sherbet over it, starting from the edge of the tray and pouring it over. After cooling, slice and serve.
