What is MARASI’s shipping policy?
MARASI offers 2-6 days shipping through Aramex & SkyNet cargo companies to a wide range of countries.
To make sure that your shipment is shipped in the same day, you need to place your order by 11am (Istanbul Time Zone). Keep in mind that 2-6 days means 2-6 business days, so orders placed on Friday, Saturday or over major holidays may take longer to ship. There’s no standard delivery on Sunday or major holidays.
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, customs delay, or bad weather. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Where does MARASI ship?
We only ship to Europe & Middle East and Canada right now. For the rest of the countries we are very sorry we can't reach you, we want to be shipping there as soon as we can.
Where do my packages ship from?
Your order is prepared in our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as we ship your order we will make sure to update the order with it's shipment number and tracking link. You will be notified by e-mail automatically and you will also be able to check the shipment number & tracking link from your Orders History page.
